There is increase in productivity with the joy of proper work. Your physical / material foundation itself moves forward. Pleasure in material things in a very positive sense as you begin to truly see and experience the pulse of God in nature and all things material, organic and inorganic. Your environmental support systems are in place and working - you efficiently identify with them as they are literally extensions of your self. Great enjoyment of physical exertion, whether work or leisure. Physical prowess. Dedicated, mature worker. Good use of power and resources. Thoroughness, precision - the physical level produces quality and quantity that surpasses individual needs, surpasses extended family needs offering the excess of its efficiency to the greater good of all who require it. This is the efficient use of material resources and manpower to the aggrandizement of both. Less makes more. Here the total exceeds the sum of its parts. Teamwork, physically coordinated with others as group output takes priority. Lower and higher reality combine here to great effect. The equal accommodation of these that sets the stage for the next step. Recognition and honoring of the physical origin (mother) which is looking backward to the past together with the honoring of the product (daughter) which becomes the new physical origin with an eye to the future. An air of magic given to the efficient and prodigious output now possible.

It may come as a surprise that we are now appreciating seeing further fragmentation of collective time-line parallel-realities, when we have always noted that "all healing is integrative", but we have learned patience for things to progress in their own time-lines, and to appreciate the advantages of boundaries separating mutually exclusive time-lines as preferable to experiencing conflict of will over an inappropriately shared time-line. As a star-seed, our own dharmic time-line is to re-ascend to our universe of origin, somewhat wiser for the experiences of this realm. What we are noticing the most is the relative vacating of the Armageddon family of time-lines, and the self-chosen re-location of many of the souls previously in such realities, to new alternatives which are less destructive with less suffering. The time-node we are passing through, which is allowing this shift of realities, looks to be completing about 2016-12-17. We would prefer to report that this is an organic development produced by consciousness awakening of terran [mankind], and therefore is developing stability, however, there are clearly the fingerprints of time-travel technology littering the time-node, as the various factions continue to recruit followers from other factions, but at least there is less direct conflict to control a smaller set of time-lines. We conclude that many shall arrive in realities devoid of truth, and therefore advise great discernment.

i just updated an olde article about Living Food; particularly adding the Food Combining Chart at the bottom... which is something to print out and post in your kitchen :-)

The usual recommendation is do not drink with a meal, do not eat until 20 minutes after drinking anything, and do not drink anything until 20 minutes after eating.
Obviously, if you are eating a drink, e.g. a smoothie, likewise don't mix anything else into your stomach for plus or minus 20 minutes.

And where the chart suggests not mixing, that is in the stomach because different foods have different digestive needs... therefore...
allow 1 hour after eating simple carbohydrates (e.g. fruits),
allow 2 hours after eating complex carbohydrates (bread, pasta),
allow 4 hours after eating meats, cheeses,
to digest that thing before eating another kind of food... and with merely a few minutes contemplation, you will quickly see that, the worst diet you could ever eat is exactly the kind of meals, with the foods served in the order they're served, whenever you go out to eat at a restaurant... where you should start with the after-dinner aperitif (sweet alcohol) and desert, and then an hour later eat the salad, and then at least an hour after that you can eat the "main course" meat and potatoes, (what, you still eat meat?), and waddle home to digest over the next 4 hours, before you even think of trying to have sex with your partner.
(Hint: make love on empty stomachs before going out for dinner :-)
and let the wait staff wonder why you have such big grins on your faces.

Service Ticket # 1981067 2016-11-08 18:37:54+00:00 I just finished speaking with Steven of HawTel customer service 808-643-4411 regarding my "Business Class Internet ADSL Service", and he confirmed by line-testing that the telephone line dedicated to my ADSL service does look slow and intermittent, and he has scheduled a Tech to call 30 minutes before, and then appear to inspect/fix the line tomorrow between 08:00 and 17:00. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Such happened, and the Tech declared he had done his job, to make sure my ADSL CoDec would synchronize and then maintain sync, but it has remained intermittent, and continues to lose sync every few minutes. Even when the link synchronizes, even 6 days later, there is not much effective connectivity, as only 4 to 7 percent of the packets i send make it to their destination:
