2020-02-01 SaturnDay's numerology: 7 Chariot Overcoming Obstacles to Growth: Self-sacrifice, adventure, will, hope
Changes in reality, sometimes only one step at a time, yet inexorably arriving to be integrated into consciousness, and manifest as "life", have brought a definite change with my computing, now time-limited on-line here in Kilauea, and a change of baggage containing my mobile computing, adopting a new nylon zip-bag for storage, replacing one of the panniers from my bicycle luggage rack, destroyed by the sharp teeth of a rat who could not resist the temptation of an enclosed and well sealed Meal-Ready-to-Eat pouch, advertised to remain viable for many many years.
And today i found a rip in my 10 year old CamelBak Mule NV backpack at the critically structural point where the top of one of the two over-the-shoulder straps attaches... i.e. at the point of greatest stress carrying the weight of the pack... time to replace it.
Likewise i'm now utilizing my one remaining sleeping-bag, a bit too short for my height, but fluffier and warmer.
All of this is of necessity expedient in the immediate details, and yet just a bit of chaos and change in the overall picture, where what should be changing is not the details of how to manage living from a bicycle, but a larger upgrade to an automobile, and a domicile.
