Well, i have been an eye-witness while riding on the Kaua'i Bus, that the presence of this wheel-chair-bound woman right on the edge of the traffic lane is indeed a traffic hazard, making a very difficult stop for the bus driver. Nevertheless, she is not made to leave this spot. i, on the other hand, have relatively discriminatorily been forced repeatedly to leave the Visitors Shelter at the Kilauea Neighborhood Center, where i have never constituted any kind of hazard. The discriminatory enforcement was pointed out by Megeso.
