Brian confessed just before 09:57 that he has issues with my gender and that he is determined to see me removed from the community. That now clarifies his stalking. He claimed alone to be behind the invocation of KPD to evict me from [ the local facilities of sanitation, the only one in Kilauea ]. He asked about law and jurisdiction and then refused to hear the answer to his questions. He confessed he's surprised to see me here again, expecting i would have been charged with criminal trespass, rather than released without any charges, but commented not at all while stalking for yet another picture of me, about the obvious injuries to my face. The arresting officer is named "Peahu" (Last Name), and was accompanied by at least 2 co-conspirators at the park, and there were 2 officers "processing" me at Lihue Police station, total at least 5 co-conspirators, each of which claimed NOT to understand the meaning of "NO CONTRACT"... demonstrating incompetence.

What started just before midnight was presecution by private criminals intent upon exerting their will over a sovereign immune to their jurisdiction of international commerce. KPD officers have committed egregious trespass.

Officer Peahu definitely used unnecessary force, committing Felony Assault, Battery, Abduction, Thermal Torture, and verbal abuse. Weeks later my kidneys were still in pain from his knee, my jacket was ripped in both sleeves from his assault, and my cheek and nose bled from being shoved down into the cement of the Visitor's Shelter.
