We had the most interesting energetics and clouds in our sky today, the day upon which i celebrate 69 years in this body. i was joined by a couple of dear friends who celebrated with me my 69 years. :-)

Shannon LeClaire blessed me with a beautiful repast last night and today for lunch, with her usual passionate attention to detail, and lovingly prepared food, and a gift of a cute gel pen, and an artistic notebook to draw in.
