My telephone landine,
provided by a company whose slogan is:
"Always On"
has gone dead due to "problems at the central office",
and their customer service slogan of "striving to provide exceptional service"
is apparently supposed to make it O.K. that
they can't be bothered to assign a technician to the problem,
before 2016-01-07.
