The Hawaiian practice of healing and forgiveness of interpersonal relationships, "Ho'oponopono", suggests that whenever negative emotions arise, we communicate with the other(s) soul to soul, (eye contact is everything), "I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you".
- "i'm sorry" that i made erroneous choices or contributed to samsara.
- "Please forgive me" my contribution to your samsara.
- "Thank you" for forgiving and releasing our history.
- "i love you" soul to soul.
