It is disappointing to see the patriarchy still hanging-on, running the matrix. Transmuted negativity for all the males relating now.
As we upgrade our sovereign isle Kaua'i from commerce to trade, from limited liability to full karmic accountability, i beleive a next step is to deal w/ 'aina, given that today Anna Von Reitz gave all corpseorations 1 year to rewrite their charters into conformance with land law.
Currently "real-estate owners"' (as "the dead" (w/no rights)) records show them as "tennants" paying rent annually (county taxes), & actual 'aina "ownership" is lodged w/either a "government" trustee agency / department, or in more enlightened realms, is acknowledged to be owned by "nature" or the Pleiadian soul of the planet, "Gaia".
To me the most honest transition is to convert all "real-estate ownership" to overt 99 year* leases, at the lease rate of the present tax rate for each "lease-hold".
At the expiration of each lease, or decession of lease-holder, or abandonment by lease-holder, or failure to pay the lease, if the lease has not been willed to a succesor to assume, then the chunk of land shall be reviewed for any zoning or other applicable regulatory standards, its' lease rate reviewed, and once brought up to current standards, may be offered for lease to the people at large / konohikis.
* per lawful precedent, any "rental" / "lease" longer than 99years = purchase = ownership
