As i continue to sort through many sources and perspectives regarding the Berth Trust, i am distilling all the info down to the simplest perspectives i can reduce it to. The bottom line seems to be that if thou sittest in the office of the Executor of the Estate, one is in the position of supreme power, yet under the creator. Any Trustees are below Executor. But, but, but... what of the Grantor of the Trust? Who is it? Are they still active? What is the relationship between them and the Executor, presuming one has claimed such office? We know we are the beneficiary, since it is undisputed that i am the source of all equity within the trust, and i have a 100% interest in the benefits of the trust.
