Healing Crisis

Although the name of the experience and some aspects of the experience may feel "negative", a Healing Crisis is actually a good thing, for it is the process which leads to permanent change.

I shall give an example of a healing crisis which is purely about the physical world and the physical body, for simplicity and clarity, before extending it to the multidimensionality of who we really are: spirits.

Example: "Losing Weight"

Almost everything can be dissolved either in water or oil / alcohol. Yet we know that oil and water often don't mix. They don't dissolve each other. Any particular nutrient or toxin which enters our body from whatever source, will ultimately wind up dissolved either in water or oil. The water may be the blood plasma, a saline glucose rich solution, and the oil is known as a lipid or fat. When one has "put on a few extra pounds", one has stored lipids in anticipation of future starvation, or the body may be overwhelmed with toxins, and may store lipids containing toxins in order to remove the toxins from circulation, from affecting the rest of the body. When we decide to "lose weight", we are asking the body to release that stored fat, those lipids, and in the process, anything absorbed in those lipids is going to reenter the bloodstream, and be circulated throughout the body... and the body will experience this as toxicity, and your body will be then in a healing crisis. The process of releasing excess lipids and toxins is necessary for the long term health of the body. The process of releasing excess lipids and toxins, is going to be unpleasant and challenging... yet, if you persist in the long term goal, you'll have a healthier longer lasting body in the long run.

So, what started as a health improving choice to alter the diet to allow releasing, produces an intermediate process known as a "healing crisis", which is the process of the body healing itself, which nevertheless feels for the duration as "sick".

Example: Fever

When our body becomes unbalanced with a bacteria, one way it may kill the inappropriate organisms, is by running a Fever, which raises the temperature enough to kill the bacteria without quite killing off the host. So, if you develop a fever, the wholistic response is to pile on clothes and blankets and help the body raise its temperature, help the fever get higher, until it succeeds in killing off the bacteria... not go take aspirin to bring the fever down and thereby sabotage the bodys natural healing process. The fever is a healing crisis... working with it is better than fighting it. Trust your body to know how to heal itself.

Multidimensional Healing Crisis

The reality of being a spirit / soul incarnate in a human body is multidimensional. At the lowest level, the physical world and body, we have the kind of healing crisis described above. What we next introduce is that the physical body is directly affected by the emotional body. Held patterns in the emotional body, i.e. unreleased emotions, create static energy patterns, which affect the energy flow in the next lower dimension, the physical body. Should you finally cry out the grief, or forgive someone and relase your anger at them, then your physical body will be triggered to finally release the corresponding stuck patterns in the physical body, which can result in a sick internal organ spontaneously healing, or the release of toxins previously stored, e.g. as mentioned above, within stored lipds (fats).

Correspondingly, issues of the mental body affect the emotional body.

Correspondingly, issues of the spirit / aetheric body affect the mental body.

So, what happens when you get a "psychic healing" from someone like me, is that you will get triggered to release all the stuck patterns in the higher bodies, and within 72hours those changes will propogate down through the dimensions into the physical body... and produce a "healing crisis", where you body will be detoxing physically.

Detox

When the physical body is purging toxins, one needs to recognize and support the process, not avoid it. Thus especially in the 72 hours after an aetheric or mental or astral clearing / healing, it is important to consume goodly volumes of water, and antioxidants like Vitamin C, E, pycnogenol, etc., to help the toxins clear the body without doing damage along the way.

Grief, Anger, etc.

Likewise it is extremely common that consequent to an aetheric healing, the emotional body will begin releasing, in a process which typically can last 3 weeks. In the particular kind of psychic healing that I, Angela Kahealani, perform, (consistent with the tradition of Berkeley Psychic Institute), the emotions become detached from their original cause, while at the same time the lessons and information about how not to repeat the experience, are conveyed to the mental body, and the causative karma, trauma, energies, or entities, are removed. This leaves old free-floating emotions to release out of the emotional body by whatever process is necessary. This can result in uncontrollable weeping, or the need to beat the hell out of the pillows in order to release anger. A willing person can usually complete this process in three weeks.

Trans-Dimensional Release

Someone who is unwilling to experience the process of actually releasing emotions, will either accumulate and store the unreleased feelings in the emotional body, and thereby create blockages of energy flow which will then create the corresponding blockages in the physical body, known as a chronic disease, or they will avoid all that and "push down" their emotions into the physical body and clear them that way... usually a particulary difficult "healing crisis".

Triggers of Healing Crises

Typically, it is best to trigger a healing crisis, also known as a "growth period" from both ends of the dimensional realities of our 4 dimensional existence... that being:

The Essence of Change

By whatever name we may call it / them, and regardless which or how many of the dimensions of our existence contain the issue, the growth period is likely to result in a change on all dimensions, in all bodies, by the conclusion of the growth period. For there to be lasting difference, there must be some lasting change in a core / essential aspect of our eternal being. This means that ultimately, the aetheric level spiritual / soul beliefs and choices create our reality. When we recognize that beliefs are merely choices we previously made but have not yet changed, then we see that, the true cause behind the aphorism "belief creates reality", is that "choice creates reality"... i.e. you have the power to heal by changing your choices.

Consciousness

The primary reason anyone needs any help in healing, is that they have denied unpleasant things out of their conscious awareness, and stuffed them backwards in the chakras into the subconscious... where they remain just as powerful at manifesting reality, but yet may be in contradiction to one's present time conscious free-will choice from which one "think"s one is choosing one's reality. Simply sitting and meditating, consciously running energy forward through one's chakras, helps these subconscious choices / beliefs move forward into consciousness where they may then be released. Once in the front of the chakra they may be release upward through the chakra system on up to higher self.

Once the original choices / beliefs have been released, then it is important to claim one's will as the creator of one's reality, and make a new choice, recreate one's reality, because failure to do so will result in drifting either into the more limited collective reality, or under the influence of dark forces which will happily claim any and all of one's unclaimed will. One particularly insidious version of this is where people have been programmed, i.e. have bought into belief systems, i.e. have chosen, to deny their individual will, and instead live out something they call "God's Will", which, in fact, rarely is actually God's Will, for the one true God which is the source of us all as spirit, has no agenda / will for any of us, and what is interpreted as "God's Will" is instead, either the collective will of humanity misinterpreted as having a "divine source", i.e. is merely the collective reality, or it will be the will of an usurper, an impostor, a "Lord" who either allows you to misinterpret them as "God", or who actively falsely represents themself as "God".

Busting Habits

Once all the causative factors of a set of programming has been removed we still need to pay conscious attention to our momentary choices, in order to create new patterns in place of old habits. Change is uncomfortable, so it feels easy to remain in the old habit pattern, even when all causes of having been there are gone. This is a time for clear conscious free will intent.

Attention

Whatever we focus our consciousness upon, is that which we empower to manifest. Therefor, it is important to forgive and release and be done with, through recognition of inappropriateness, not through denial, suppression, or avoidance, any reality we're done with, and make a clear conscious choice of intent to invoke / create some alternative positive reality we prefer manifest.

Beyond Crisis

Whatever you're experiencing is the manifestation of your choices. The Universe continually rearranges itself to reflect your pictures of reality. To change the world around you, you must go within, and change your choices. If you don't have conscious choices relevant to the issues you have with your reality, then obviously they're either subconscious as described above, or they may be superconscious, issues from your relationship between your "higher" and "lower" self. If you're enjoying your journey, then you're probably making choices which are appropriate for you. If you're not passionately motivated to be or do something just because you enjoy it, you'll probably drift into someone elses reality, possibly the collective.

In The Moment

Once you fully understand and master this manifesting game, you will come to realize that this process can be shortened, and made much easier and less traumatic, by staying in the moment.

Repeat as necessary.
